22-29th August, 2018
This August, I am venturing with Secret Yoga Club to Villa Lena in Tuscany, for a week of Yoga, creativity, meditation and sunshine.
Villa Lena is a beautiful artist residency + argriturismo set in the rural hills of Tuscany. Think wild olive groves, hidden woodland ruins and dusty orange sunsets. The buildings themselves feel like they hold secrets and each room is decorated beautifully, honouring the surrounding landscape with antique furniture and soft textiles. I have joined forces with Emily Brett founder of Ourmala to raise awareness and funds to support UK registered refugees and asylum seekers. Emily & myself will be teaching a Breath-Centric Vinyasa Ourmala Class Saturday 4th August at 4:30pm. This is my second year at Wilderness Festival and I had so much fun with my family last time, I am happy to be part of it again. To book, click here.
I still have a few places available on this retreat in sunny Morocco! We just returned from a successful adventure there for our March Cycling-Yoga retreat. Looking forward to returning and relaxing in Luxury. For info, click here.
We are back in Cornwall and I am so excited to collaborate with Tresanton Hotel and offering a special week-long get away with Yoga & beach walking around the Cornish Coast line. Breathtaking walks, Yoga and a fabulous hotel. To book click here.
Sweatlife is back – and this year it’s bigger and better than ever. We are taking over the Tobacco Dock in East London 23-24 June for two days of sweaty, stretchy, thought-provoking fun. Join us for 48 hours of the best workouts the city has to offer, yoga with local and globally renowned teachers and inspiring panels with thought leaders from the fitness and wellness community.
