Preamble – Innerluminosity- It’s probably a made-up word

So sanskrit doesn’t always translate so well to modern languages, which is probably why we are witnessing a completely new understanding and practice of Yoga. However, some of the teachings, like the Gunas, translate just fine. Zephyr references Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras to train the brain to be more meditative. In this Preamble, Zephyr describes the different “states of mind” created by the physical that might affect our Yoga practice; Tamasic, Rajasic and finding the Sattva, the balance between exhale and inhale.

Innerluminosity is the theme of this Preamble to help influence your practice. Zephyr will help you to “embody this moment” and help to create intent for a practice that will keep you glowing long after you leave the mat.
