About Zephyr

unnamedZephyr Wildman has been a Senior Yoga Teacher in London since 2002 and has been on the Yoga Campus Yoga Teacher Training Diploma course since 2005. Zephyr currently teaches in London at Triyoga Soho, Camden and Ealing, The Life Centre Notting Hill, privately, online platforms and at London-base Treatment Centres for addiction, depression and other dependency problems. She is a Yoga Ambassador for OurMala, Fierce Calm and Lululemon.

Her teachings focus on combining the elements of creative movement, flow and dynamic sequencing, focusing on alignment and kinesiology. Zephyr also has experience in practicing Deep Tissue Massage Therapy since 1991, giving a greater depth of knowledge to her teaching of the human anatomy and physiology, specialising in working with chronic pain, injuries and ailments. As well as the physical side to yoga asana, she has a great interest in integrating psychology, yogic philosophy, and the attraction of self study within her practice, teaching and lifestyle. Zephyr continues studying with her main teachers drawing on their living wisdom of Yoga and passing those lessons on to her own students. She integrates the transformative teachings of Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Mary Taylor & Richard Freeman’s Ashtanga methods and Para Yoga – Rod Stryker in her teaching.  She has also conducted workshops globally using Doug Keller’s “The Therapeutic Wisdom of Yoga” passing on these key teachings to her students. Her teachers inspire her to share the blessings found in Tantra, Ayurveda, and the art of energetically sequencing bespoke therapeutic practices for students of all different abilities. She is registered with Yoga Alliance US & UK as a 500 hour Yoga Teacher.

  1. Hi Zephyr,

I regularly come to your yoga classes at Life Centre Notting Hill and during the great sequence that you did for Lalita / sensuality, you played an amazing track featuring a guitar. I’m a musician and am quite obsessed with the song and dying to know what it is. Would you mind sending me a copy of your playlist – you definitely played it in the Friday class and I think in the Monday one too?

    Thanks for the class,

    Jessie

    • Loved to hear your feedback. Glad you enjoyed it and has been with you. Hope these artists that I played reconnects you back to playing freely with Lalita X the artists were: Dead Can Dance, Moby, The Living Art Foundation:Sacred Chants of Shiva, and Deborah Van Dyke. Enjoy! Zephyr X
