This Yoga practice focuses on the release of the neck and shoulders using the four part breath as a tool. Specifically focusing on the beginning, middle and end of the inhale, the transition, then following the beginning, middle and end of the exhale, and again the transition.
Using the tool of following the breath, will help promote healing on the levels of the physical, subtle and conscious bodies as you use the breath as the vehicle for Prana. Prana is the vital intelligence behind life, giving energy that is inherently nurturing, inspiring and transformative. The results of a breath-centric practice leaves you feeling free from what was being held in the body and able to rest in the quietude of all your effort.
