There is a lot of talk about “being in the moment” and “presence” in Yoga and Meditation. What does it mean and how best to accomplish it?
In this Meditation Zephyr takes you through the idea of “abiding in the moment as ourself”. She will discuss the two keys to this process where she uses the metaphor of training a puppy. Whilst is may sound easy to ask your mind to “sit” and “stay”, sometimes the puppy needs a bit of intention and attention to really achieve it.
This is a great mediation to come back to when you find yourself wandering with your thoughts during Yoga Practice or Meditation.
