Light of Conscious Breathing – Meditation

By regulating the breath to have a direct experience of how to calm the body and therefore the mind. This technique of focusing one’s light of attention on consciously shaping the breath by counting and notice the effects it has on the mind and body, drawing you deeper into a mediative experience. Resting in your light of intelligence to heal, awaken and connection to source.

We will use the HUM SA mantra “That am I” to stabilise the mind to the light you recognise within you, as you, this is the source of light around you, that is a part of everything.
