With this meditation we explore goodwill and use it to counter anger issues, depression and anxiety as well as sleeping disorders and lack of self-respect. During this time of COVID and instability caused by it, we can use this practice to bring self assurance and hope as we remind ourselves that we are strong and that we are full of goodwill and that the vital energy of life is all around us, within us and is us.
