Nadi Shodhana Pranayama – 3 Different Techniques

1st Technique:

  1. Open both nostrils and inhale
  2. Block Right nostril, exhale Left nostril
  3. Inhale Left nostril
  4. Block Left nostril, inhale Right nostril
  5. Inhale Right nostril
  6. Continue for as long as you feel is necessary
  7. To finish, Inhale Right nostril, exhale both

2nd Technique:

  1. Open both nostrils and inhale
  2. Block Right, inhale and exhale Left nostril
  3. Open both nostrils and inhale
  4. Block Left, inhale and exhale Right nostril
  5. Open both nostrils and exhale

3rd Technique:

  1. Open both nostrils and inhale
  2. Block Right nostril, exhale Left nostril
  3. Block Left nostril, inhale Right nostril
  4. Block Right nostril, exhale Left nostril
  5. Block Left nostril, inhale Right nostril
  6. Continue
  7. Open both nostrils and inhale
  8. Block Left nostril, exhale Right nostril
  9. Block Right nostril, inhale Left nostril
  10. Block Left nostril, exhale Right nostril
  11. Block Right nostril, inhale Left nostril
  12. Continue
  13. Open both nostrils and exhale
