Nurturing smile back to belonging – Meditation

In this practice we create a Mudra with the palate to influence the different parts of your body to join in union. Our Audra becomes a simple smile and with that smile we welcome the rest of the body to affected by it. When you smile, the eyes change their brightness, the muscles moving the eyebrows become engaged in a different way as do the muscles in the forehead… A smile and with this practice, a very focused smile, can be the catalyst to a physical and emotional change which will bring light and love consistently to you.
