Shoulder focus Yoga using the healing power of Prana
In this practice you will use massage, focused breath work and movement to help dissolve undigested information stored in your tissues. This undigested information is what we know as tension. The practice is designed to mindfully direct your breath and attention to self healing. You will feel the release of the physical, emotional and energetic as you focus on the shoulders. Checking in with the Prana and flow of the practice will help lift that weight of tension.
