Yoga is a complimentary practice for the love of staying active; whether hiking, cycling, running, rowing, skiing or tending to the effects of going to the gym. Yoga provides an effective way to repair and recover so we can continue enjoying the sports we love. In turn we also can be more effective in executing the actions taken to preform well.
This practice is specifically designed to help you recover from your exercise and nurture a healthy body so you are ready for more! The stretches and poses are therapeutic in nature and can be used anytime you feel physically drained or sore.
This is a first in a series I will do for Yoga as a physical therapy. I filmed it on location on a farm in the Dolomites of NE Italy, pardon the chickens clucking and tractors passing. Enjoy and send me some feedback.
