I have escaped London this week and am on Retreat in Cornwall, just before lockdown. Unfortunately I am not there to be LIVE with you this morning but I have recorded a class for you this week to continue along with our normal progression of theme, intent and practice. This week is a shoulder focused Vinyasa practice that will help strengthen your upper body and bring a greater range of motion to postures.
